1. Who we are

LittleCast is an independent app developed by Ziemowit Moeller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Tonies GmbH, Yoto Limited, or their respective brands in any way.

2. What LittleCast does

LittleCast helps you discover, play, and manage podcast content on your iPhone, Toniebox, or Yoto Player. The app connects directly to your existing Tonie or Yoto account and to public podcast feeds on your behalf. All communication with player services uses your own credentials and occurs directly from your device. We never act as an intermediary.

3. Your data

LittleCast has no servers and collects no personal data. Specifically:

Your Tonie or Yoto account credentials are stored exclusively on your device using iOS Keychain encryption
Your podcast feed library, player preferences, and sync history are stored exclusively on your device
No account is created with us
We have no access to your data at any time

The only outbound connections the app makes are:

To Tonies GmbH servers (api.tonie.cloud) and/or Yoto Limited servers, using your credentials, depending on the player you use
To podcast RSS feeds you have chosen to add
To Podcast Index (podcastindex.org) for anonymous podcast search
To GitHub for our publicly available featured feeds list
To RevenueCat to verify your subscription status (LittleCast Pro only)
To a Cloudflare Worker operated by us, to store your device push token for background sync (LittleCast Pro only)

4. Third-party services

LittleCast connects to services operated by third parties. We have no control over their availability, accuracy, or terms:

Tonie Cloud (Tonies GmbH) — manages your Creative Tonie content
Yoto Cloud (Yoto Limited) — manages your Yoto Player content
Podcast Index — provides podcast search
RSS feed providers — the podcasts you choose to add
RevenueCat, Inc. — manages your in-app subscription

Your use of Tonie's or Yoto's services remains subject to their own Terms of Service and Privacy Policies. We recommend reviewing them at tonies.com and yotoplay.com. LittleCast is not responsible for any changes to or interruptions of these services.

5. Subscriptions

LittleCast Pro is available as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription, processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not handle payment information directly. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your iOS Settings under Subscriptions. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their App Store policies.

6. No warranty

LittleCast is provided as-is. We make no guarantees that the app will work uninterrupted or remain compatible with third-party services. Tonies GmbH and Yoto Limited may change their systems at any time without notice, which could affect LittleCast's functionality. We are not responsible for any loss of content on your devices.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of LittleCast, including but not limited to changes to or loss of content on your devices.

8. Children's privacy

LittleCast is designed for use by parents and guardians. The app does not collect, store, or process any personal information about children. No child profiles exist within the app. No data about children is transmitted to or stored by us.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The date of the last update is noted at the top of this document.
